5. USE OF PLAYER ACCOUNT

6. DEPOSITING

7. WITHDRAWAL POLICY

  1. You agree that funds wagered in the Casino are used instantly, therefore refunds or cancellations are not provided. nine-wins.com reserves the right to process large winnings in monthly installments.
  2. The Casino reserves the right to initiate verification procedures upon the first withdrawal request and at any later stage. Verification may include copies of identification documents, utility bills, and/or payment card details used for deposits. The Casino is not required to explain the reasons for such checks.
  3. It is the player’s responsibility to provide authentic documentation for KYC purposes. Submission of forged or fraudulent documents may lead to confiscation of deposits and potential winnings.
  4. To withdraw funds, the player must wager all deposited amounts at least once. This complies with anti-money laundering rules. The player is fully responsible for any taxes or fees applicable according to their local legislation.
  5. The Website supports payouts via Original Credit Transfer (OCT) for Visa and Payment Transfer for Mastercard. However, transactions may be blocked or rejected by issuing banks at their discretion, even in supported regions.
  6. If cryptocurrency is accidentally sent to an incorrect wallet network (for example, BTC to a BCH address), ninewin will attempt recovery only when the lost amount exceeds €5000. A fee of 0.1 BTC will apply for the recovery attempt, but success is not guaranteed.
  7. The primary operating currency of the Website is Euro. For transactions made in other currencies, a slight discrepancy may occur due to bank exchange rates or payment processing conversion fees.
  8. Withdrawal processing can take up to 24 hours. After approval, the final delivery time depends on the selected payment method.

8. RESPONSIBLE GAMING

  1. When a player requests self-exclusion, the Casino will immediately block access to the affected account and prevent further gameplay. 9. DORMANT ACCOUNTS

  1. An account becomes inactive (dormant) if a player has not logged in for twelve (12) consecutive months. Once an account is considered dormant, the Casino reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee of €10 or the equivalent in another currency (or the remaining balance if it is lower), for as long as the balance remains positive.
  2. You authorize the Casino to deduct this fee starting from the month following the account becoming dormant and continuing monthly until either the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. In the case of a refund request, any fees charged by payment processors shall be borne by the player.

10. CLOSING OF THE ACCOUNT

  1. You may request to close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you using a payment method chosen at our sole discretion.
  2. To comply with anti-fraud, anti–money laundering, and counter–terrorism financing regulations, the Casino may require updated identity verification before processing an account closure. This may include providing recent documents, proof of funds, or completing a live verification call, even if previous verification was already completed.
  3. The Company reserves the right to close any User Account at its own discretion and refund any remaining balance (minus applicable withdrawal fees), without obligation to provide a reason or prior notice.

11. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITIES

  1. Players are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes associated with any winnings received from the Company.
  2. By participating in the Games, you acknowledge the risk of losing funds deposited into your account.
  3. The Company does not assume liability for any direct or indirect damages or losses experienced by the player or third parties resulting from, including but not limited to:

  • Force Majeure events;

4.Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable damages arising from a player’s use of the services.

5. The maximum aggregate liability of the Company for any claim, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount of the wager or bet that gave rise to such claim.

6. The Company may close your account and refund any remaining balance (minus applicable withdrawal charges) at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide justification or advance notice.

12. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

  1. The Company maintains a strict policy against fraudulent behavior and applies multiple monitoring tools and security technologies. If a player is suspected of any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: collusion with other players, fraud against online casinos or payment providers, initiating chargebacks, refusing completed payments, operating multiple accounts, cheating of any kind, or being declared bankrupt in their country of residence, the Company may immediately close the account and withhold all payouts. This decision is made solely at the discretion of the Company, and the player will not receive any explanation. The Company may also report such behavior to relevant authorities.   6. Before a refund is issued, all active bonuses and related winnings will be removed from the player’s balance.

13.REFUND POLICY

1. You may contact our customer support team at any time, following the instructions provided on the Website, to submit any complaints or inquiries about refund matters.

2. To initiate a refund review, you must provide the following documentation:

  • photographs of both sides of your passport, driver’s license, or another accepted identity document,
  • proof of address (a paper-based document received by mail within the last 90 days, such as a government notice, bank statement, utility bill, etc. An original PDF utility bill is also acceptable),
  • a bank statement showing your full name and account number if it has not already been supplied as proof of address.

3. The refund evaluation process may take up to 7 business days.

4. If a refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the Player’s account. The Player will be notified, and the refund will be finalized within 48 hours following the approval.

14. COMPLAINTS

15. PENALTIES AND TERMINATION

4. In particular, users are strictly prohibited from:
